Very clean rooms and the staff very friendly. Great location to watch the Bay City Fireworks

The lawn was terrible and looked like it was very over grown and weed all the way around the building at least 2 feet high. The ac did. Not keep the room cool it was stuffy and too warm. In the Morning there were ants crawling around. When we went to check out we showed the girl picture and she said she would have the manager call. It’s been 6 days so I called again and was told manager would call me tomorrow Which is an entire week .

My room was not cleaned prior to me striving not during my 2 day stay, there was hair in the sink and tub, someone else’s clothing was hung in the closet, the pool looked dirty, and the front desk attendant was not helpful in regards to the problem. Will not book again!

I want to start this off by saying that we have stayed at this facility a number of times throughout the years. This is the first time that we have had major issues. The check-in was longer than expected. Once we got our room, the bathroom was not cleaned. We went back to the front desk and thy gave us another room. That bathroom was worse than the first. We decided not to stay and move to another hotel.
